While many cake designers use fondant to cover 3D creations, Lakes Cakes uses our delicious "not too
sweet" European style buttercream which always stays soft and smooth tasting over our special recipe
cakes. This insures that you have not only a cake that looks spectacular, but also tastes delicious! We
also pride ourselves in making our 3D cake sculptures 98% to 100% edible.
