Lakes Cakes offers it's own version of melt in your mouth, richly flavored NY style cheesecakes.   We offer a large variety of flavors and sizes.  Feel free to suggest a flavor if you find it is not found in the flavor listing.  Lakes Cakes has created wedding cheesecakes long before it was "en vogue".   Feel free to browse our wedding cake photos, which include examples of such.  Keep in mind that the majority of photos shown can be replicated with cheesecake being the heart of the creation.

Lakes Cakes' flans start with a homemade short dough shell.  Next, we had freshly made pastry cream and top with at least 5 different types of seasonal sweet, fresh fruit.
